Service overview
Askhere provides tools for teachers to upload class materials, manage classes, and share a student-facing chat assistant. By using Askhere, you agree to these terms.
Teacher responsibilities
You are responsible for the materials, course information, and links you upload or share through Askhere.
You should only upload content you have the right to use and share with your students.
You are responsible for protecting access to your teacher account.
Acceptable use
You may not use Askhere to upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content.
You may not try to disrupt the service, bypass plan limits, misuse public student links, or access data that does not belong to you.
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, security risks, or repeated violations of these terms.
Billing and plan changes
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Teachers are responsible for reviewing pricing, billing periods, renewals, and cancellation settings before purchase. Plan limits may affect class count, storage, and message usage.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or modify Askhere over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we work to maintain a reliable service and address issues quickly when they appear.
